Abco Rental & Storage, IncIf you have driven through the grounds of the Togus VA Medical Center over the years, one thing is obvious: something is always being updated, repaired, or renovated. As the oldest veterans’ facility in the country, keeping the infrastructure running smoothly takes constant, dedicated work.
Recently, Abco Rental & Storage, Inc. rolled through the gates to drop off a 40ft ground-level storage container for the crew at Johnson & Jordan.
Whether they’re updating mechanical systems, retrofitting plumbing, or handling one of the many ongoing maintenance projects across the campus, having clean, secure storage right on-site makes all the difference.
Keeping Tools & Materials Secure on an Active Campus
A facility like Togus can’t simply shut down when updates need to happen. Medical staff, veterans, and administrative teams are moving around the grounds every single day. That means contractors need to keep a clean, tight footprint with zero clutter in pedestrian paths or parking areas.
That’s where a 40-foot container proves its worth:
- Massive On-Site Capacity: Perfect for storing large piping, ductwork, specialized mechanical tools, and high-value supplies without taking up interior hospital space.
- Ground-Level Access: Crews can walk heavy materials directly in and out using hand trucks, keeping work moving fast without the hassle of ramps or loading docks.
- Tough, Weather-Tight Security: Built from heavy-duty industrial steel, our containers protect equipment from Maine’s unpredictable weather while keeping valuable tools safely locked down after hours.
Reliable Delivery Where Precision Matters
Placing a 40-foot container on a busy institutional campus takes skill and clear communication. From navigating tight access roads to placing the box exactly where the crew needs it to optimize their daily workflow, our delivery team made sure Johnson & Jordan got set up without any headache.
Whatever the scope of their current project at Togus turns out to be, we’re proud to play a small part in keeping things organized so they can focus on doing quality work for our veterans.
