Abco Rental & Storage, IncWinter Readiness on the Campus: Ground-Level Equipment & Salt Storage in Scarborough
For healthcare facilities, winter maintenance is far more than an aesthetic concern—it is a critical patient safety imperative. At the Maine Medical Center Scarborough campus, hundreds of patients, visitors, and clinical staff arrive daily for specialized care, surgical consultations, and outpatient appointments. Many visitors enter the facility with mobility challenges, making ice-free parking stalls, crosswalks, and drop-off aprons vital to preventing slips and falls.
To give campus grounds crews immediate, on-site control over rapid freezes and heavy snow events, Abco Rental & Storage, Inc. delivered a heavy-duty, 20-foot ground-level mobile storage container directly to the Scarborough medical complex.
